Hi @jrstaatsiii ,
Thanks for using FileBird and that is a strange issue there.
Could you please try to delete the duplicated folders then do the step (update database) again and see if it re occurs?
Kind regards,
-Bruce-
Hey Bruce, there’s no option to do the db update again. I did however delete the additional folders and after a hard refresh of the browser things seem to be ok.
A few additional notes for you to help reproduce:
– We’re on WP Engine
– We’re on multisite
– We’re running this as network active
I hope this helps

Hi @jrstaatsiii ,
I am glad that you had it all under control now!
I think you might have created the same folders in FileBird’s earlier version 3.9 and below, because if you use the DB Update option, then those folders would come and appear as duplicate.
Here in the settings, the DB update can be accessed at anytime:

However, thanks for the references mentioned, we will also continue to look out for such cases.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
-Bruce-

Hi @philipwagstaff33 ,
We are going to fix this issue in upcoming update, but for now, here is the step to fix the issue:
1. Firstly, you should clear the FileBird’s new version database by following this instruction here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vptx47tKjLfqxBqbiqon5MzdLK5o-qNi/view?usp=drivesdk
2. You have to turn off this feature:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OrjI49EmPstjjqa_AxJzBHDEjAmGl1DG/view?usp=drivesdk
3. Go to Update DB and import again:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/19KNfCgnAoW-5qG1ATr1ih4uock5oKzdP/view?usp=drivesdk
4. Check if the folders now appear properly or not.
If not, then you need to go back to step 2 again and turn ON this feature => Check your folders again and see if they now appear properly.
Thank you!
Kind regards,
-Bruce-
