I seem to have resolved the issue by using the official plugin from the ccavenue website. Download and use their official weintegration kit.

    Is it a pro one?

Alokjal can you share me the link from where you got this.

    WebGuru Sana,

if you have a valid account with CC avenue, then you can download the same from your dashboard.
login >> resources >> third party shopping cart

Alternatively you can write to them, and they will help you with integration of their payment portal.

I am not a techie, only a plug and play guy.

Apparently Nilesh’s plug-in does not work with WP 4.0 and WooC 3.0.7

I wish he was more responsive or charged for this plug-in so that we could count on his support.

I tried to install “WooCommerce CCAvenue MCPG Official” from the merchant-> resources >> third party shopping cart area but that plug-in does not activate. It fails with a fatal error.

The only thing that worked for me was another CCAvenue plug-in for WC
    CCAvenue Payment Gateway for WooCommerce
CCAvenue Payment gateway for woocommerce based on standards
Version 0.1 | By Saifee Ratlamwala | View details

I had the exact same set up as Nilesh’s plug-in for this plug-in and it worked and got me to the checkout page after completing the order.

Hope this helps the rest of you.
