    Hello I am using latest version of plugin. After authenticating dropbox it is showing blank page and breaking. I looked to source it is breaking here

    Hi Bhuvnesh,

    Thanks for your feedback. I’ve not run across this exact problem before but it sounds like there was some sort of issue authenticating the plugin with Dropbox.

    Try the following to reset the plugin so you can try authenticating again:

    Go to the settings page for Blighty Explorer.

    Go the browser address bar and add &bex_reset=1 to the end of the URL

    You will end up with something like:
    http://********/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=blighty-explorer-plugin&bex_reset=1

    Press Enter.

    That should reset the plugin allowing you to then authenticate with Dropbox again. Be sure to allow the app authorisation with Dropbox when prompted.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Hi Blighty thanks for the reply but sorry I have already tried it by looking your support answers before. I have reset it so many times but again after authentication its not working.

    I need your help its very urgent as my client site is already live. Please help ASAP please

    I notice you’re using version 1.15.1 – the latest version is 1.15.2. I doubt that will fix it, but it’s worth getting the latest version.

    Also, are you using a personal Dropbox account or a Business account?

    Blighty I have tried both the versions latest 1.15.2 and previous. Also I have tried with business as well as personal account. 🙁

    You are awesome man. I just love it, that anyone can help like this. Thank you again and yes it worked after removing that option. 🙂

    Hi David – the solution that helped Bhuvnesh was as follows:

    (Only try this if you’re comfortable making changes to the database. You might also want to take a database backup of the WordPress database before you start too.)

    In the wp_options table, try locating and deleting the row that has an option_name of “bex_dropbox_token” (and “bex_dropbox_temp_token” if that exists as well). This is the Dropbox authentication token and it may be corrupted somehow, especially if you’ve tried switching Dropbox accounts.
