    Hi again,

    When testing a page, I suggest to use the Facebook Sharing Debugger and click the “Scrap again” button to make sure you are testing the latest version of the page. Else, Facebook is caching your page metadata and you are likely to test an old version.

    Also, could you paste your page URL here for review?

    Hi,

    Reading my previous answer above, I’m a bit surprised: this answer has nothing to do with your problem, plus I clearly remember testing the “Screen Options” issue on WordPress 4.x and 5.x (with success: it is always present, whatever I try).

    Could you tell me:

    • Do you confirm this issue is triggered by plugin activation (no “Screen Options”) / deactivation (“Screen Options” is back)?
    • Are there any JavaScript errors?
    • Could list your other plugins?
