After activated, the topbar is missing in WordPress Customizer

    I install and activate Nimble, but when I go to WordPress Customizer, I can’t see the Nimble Top Bar. I see grey rectangle on top bar but no button whatsoever.

    Hi, thanks for reporting the problem.

    This might be due to a cache plugin. If you are using one, make sure you refresh the cache.
    Another possible cause could be the browser cache not cleaned. Make sure you clear your browser cache.
    Then if you are still having troubles, I would recommend to follow the usual plugin conflict debug workflow : deactivate all plugins but Nimble, re-activate them one by one to identify is one is in conflict.

    Of course the pre-requisite is to update WP to its latest version.
