After a plugin update: first save settings

    After an update of the plugin it is probably a good idea to save the settings again.

    Sometimes settings might have changed; for example on the 2.6.0 release where we went from checkbox to radio buttons on a certain setting. In that case it is good to have a look at your settings and update them by saving them.
