After a host change, cant set domain

    I have changed my site host and delegated the domain to a new server. After delegation i cant set the domain (http://koplar.de). It has been delegated to the new host but not working.

    I used the wp.config method and set the parameters:

    define('WP_HOME','http://s4.tarhelyadmin.com/~koplarde/');
define('WP_SITEURL','http://koplar.de');

    and deleted .htacess file. When i do this i cant login to the admin and the site links doesnt work.

    Any idea?
