After 4.6 upgrade – media library not working

Media library – can’t see any items in the media library.

Have you checked the file permissions? Have you checked that anti-hotlinking isn’t enabled on the server?

Have you tried deactivating all plugins and switching to a default theme to see if any are causing this?

Have discussed the issue with your hosting provider?

WP-members plugin not working properly – can’t generate passwords.

If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic if you need assistance. That way you stand a good chance of getting full attention to your specific issue. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.
