Hi @eastbank
Could you share the link with your member directory?
Let me know,
Thanks!
Hi @eastbank
Could you check your custom template if you use it in your theme/child-theme in the member directory? Please upgrade it and use ultimate-member/templates/members.php as the base template.
Let me know,
Thanks!
Hi there, yes I do have a template override folder in my theme. There was only the ‘members-grid.php’ template in there.
Here’s what I tried – both of these didn’t make any difference:
1. Added ‘members.php’ into the override directory and removed the ‘members-grid.php’ file.
2. Grabbed a new copy of ‘members-grid.php’ from the plugin and put it in the override directory
I looked around the admin and didn’t see any way of assigning these, I assume they are automatically used if the override folder exists in the theme.
Thanks!
Hi @eastbank
Please try to insert this file to your active “theme/ultimate-member/members.php” until Ultimate Member 2.1.4 release

Let me know how it works,
Thanks!
I have the same problem, I have created a custom page to use as my member directory page, called “Clients”. I’m using Avada, copied members.php into the child theme /templates folder. Doesn’t seem to work.
Thanks for any help!
That worked 🙂
Thanks so much for the quick replies!
