After 10 reviews page disappears

Sent this message also to the support email address stated in the plugin settings but got no reply so I post it here:

First of all thank you for your plugin!
I installed you plugin last night and after adding 10 reviews the reviews disappear. Also the text on my review page is not showing up anymore.
I re-installed twice and tested it now twice. I really would like it to work cause it is a great plugin.
Can you please advise? Don’t know where to look. I have wp_debug activated but get no messages.

I use the latest version of WP 3.9.1 multisite environment. Has anyone heard of this before?
