We have an integration with AffiliateWP which allows for the creation of affiliate links for courses and memberships

AffiliateWP also integrates with WooCommerce. I’d recommend checking them out for all your affiliate-related needs

If I understand you correctly you want to disable the take this course button unless there is an affiliate’s query string parameter in the URL bar? Is that correct?

If this is the case you’ll need to create a custom template that can will look for the URL parameter and disable the button if it’s not found.
