I want to redirect

TO
https://track.in.omgpm.com/?AID=929338&PID=10530&CID=4859074&MID=420562&r=http://www.shopclues.com/*.*Basically I want to redirect all url’s pointing to http://www.shopclues.com with “Prefix Affiliate Code”
How can i do that?
