Affiliate plugin for WooCommerce

Hi,

I have a question regarding affiliate for woocommerce.

One of my client wants ecommerce website using woocommerce OR oscommerce.

Also he wants to have an Affiliate program wherein he can:

a. Create unlimited affiliates.

b. Provide “shop” facility on his affiliate website such that a visitor or client of an affiliate while does shopping feels that he is purchasing from affiliate site itself and not from a parent company, and this sale should reflect in affiliate a/c of parent company.

I want to know if there is any plugin (free or premium) that can fulfill above requirements.

Can you please help me in this regards.
