# Affecting My E-Commerce Plugin

 * My CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin is affecting what my e-commerce plugin, SureCart,
   is showing for my product pricing and my links to the product downloads. It’s
   not showing them at all in the backend leaving me to decide if I’ve actually 
   done these steps. How do I fix this so SureCart can display the appropriate information
   in the backend I need prior to publishing a product? I have had to deactivate
   the plugin for now until I can get this resolved. I was hoping to email support,
   but had to put this in WordPress instead. I have not provided a link since it’s
   in the backend of my website.

 * We found that the problem was caused by the “**Use the output buffer**” option
   being enabled in the “**Contact Data Encoding**” section. Disabling this option
   has resolved the issue.
