Advice sought: plugin for registering for an event

I am the webmaster for my beekeeping club and need some advice. Our club will be hosting a “beekeeping school” in the fall and I would like to create a page on the site to handle the registration process – but do not have the foggiest idea which plug (there seems to be hundreds) to try to use.

Here are the particulars:

1. People register for the school as either individuals *($50) or couples ($80). They can include kids for $15 ea (to cover the provided lunch).
2. They have the option to pre-order t-shirt(s) ($15ea) where they will need to specify a size & quantity.
3. They also have the option to pre-order a basic beehive ($80), they will need to be able to specify a quantity for this as well.
4. Payment would go through our club’s PayPal account.
5. Once we hit our “early registration cutoff date”, we will still let people register, but they will no longer be able to pre-order t-shirts or beehives.

Naturally, after registrations are closed completely, I would need to be able to download a list of the registrants in some format (csv?) so I could import it into Excel to print name tags, sign-in sheets, etc.

Ok – so what plugin should I get?
