Advice on setup please

Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction with the plugin
I have a category called “sold”
I would like to toggle the sold items on and off in archive view
I have tried adding the taxonomies only widget but I’m unsure of what settings are needed and whether I need to make any other changes to the settings of the plugin…
