• Hi,

I am relatively new to the WordPress multisite arena and wanted to ask if Multisite is indeed the best bet for my use case.

    My scenario:
Let us say I have 100 pieces of content. I have a main site, where someone can come sign up and get access to everything on my site. Everything is good so far.
Now, suppose I want to allow re-sellers of my content. So I get 2 re-sellers A and B. Re-seller A wants to re-sell 75 pieces of my content and maybe 5 new pieces that they develop on their own on a sub-domain of my site with their own branding etc – but a more or less similar look to my site.
Reseller B wants to resell 95% of my original content, again on a different subdomain on my site but with their own branding – but similar look to my site.
I want to be able to update my content and have everyone get the updates instantly and also be able to configure things for everyone.
At the same time, someone who bought the product from Re-seller A, should not be able to get stuff from B or from my main site without paying again.

    *************************
This is making me lean a bit towards multisite but at the same time, my content is the same everywhere, so I am unsure if multi-site is the best solution – I don’t want to dilute my SEO rankings and also not want to go around updating everyone with new content.

    Any advice?
