Support » Fixing WordPress » Advice on how to restore images

  • Hi all,

I’m new to WordPress and have a problem …

I noticed recently that the images on my website are no longer showing – only the title. However, when I move my cursor over, it does appear.

Does anyone know how can I fix this?

Some may call me “computer illiterate” so it would be great if you could spell it out in layman’s terms.

    Thank you!!

Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Twelve theme with all plugins deactivated?

Hi Esmi – Thanks for getting back to me. Although I’m not sure how to do that?? Are you able to elaborate further?

Switch to the Twenty Twelve theme via Appearance -> Themes.
Go to Plugins and deactivate all plugins.

Hi Esmi – I have switched to the Twenty Twenty theme and deactivated the plugins – but the problem still exists.

    Any other ideas?
