[Advice] 'Community Driven Webstore' plugin

Dear fellow WordPress users,

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this issue, so please correct me if I’m in the wrong place.

I have a challange which I cannot solve on my own thus far. At the moment of speaking I want to build a ‘community driven webstore’.

My idea is to have a website with different product pages. On each product page their should be information about the product, the price and similair products (other product pages). But in this case my website doesn’t sell these products but when clicking on the ‘buy’ option it should rederict the user to the official sales channel.

Beside the product pages all users on the website should be able to add product pages with new or similair products. These products should be linked with eachother by using META-tags.

The biggest problem is the realisation of this idea, are there any recomended plugins for this? Shoul I use a wordpress Wiki plugin or something else? I will take all ideas for granted, even if the idea excludes WordPress.
