Advertisement code not working in text widgets… Theme: iNove 1.4.6

WP version 3.1

I placed a text box in the widget on the top right side. I placed the code for an advertisement and the photo is not showing up, instead it places the alt text (“$10k Scholarship Application for Mothers”).

Just to do a test, I placed the same code with a random photo that I found online right below the scholarship advertisement. It shows up fine.

All of my advertisements are showing up fine in widgets on any WP websites except for this one. Here’s the code for the advertizement:

What could be the problem? Is there a setting in WP that doesnt allow certain code in widgets?
