I apologize for the inconvenience. * Hmmm… this is really weird. How do I miss things like this?? * Okay, I don’t think that is the advanced link button. I think that is the full screen button. I think the full screen button may have been removed in WordPress 4.3. I’m not seeing it when I load a default version of WordPress in the TinyMCE editor. * If you go to the WP Edit admin page; do you see the button for “Advanced Link” in the placeholder container? The button (and image) are there; I can add it to the editor rows; and I can click it and the dialog opens. * You can try going to the database tab; and resetting the plugin options. See if that loads the button properly.
