    Dear sir,

I am a new user to Greenshift (hv used Rehub for 6+ yrs). Recently shift to block editor from classic. I am making several Advanced Headings, they can be shown properly on live page first. But after a few revisions of other irrelevant elements, these headings suddenly lost all their CSS and showing like plain text.

In the browser inspection, I can see the gs tag are there, but they just don’t have any attribute, seems like they lost their “memory”. Could you please help to advise how to fix it? Thank you!

because you hosting has limits in custom field size. You can set to save Inline in block for Css management in Greenshift – settings – Css management

    Then, resave your page

Wpsoul, thank you for your always quick reply. I tried to do some research on “limits in custom field size”, seems that is related to the database setting? From the stackex, I found an answer that “You’re more likely to run into network transfer timeouts transferring data or running out of memory before you’re able to hit storage capacity limits.” I believe also relates to cache and cloudflare.

Back to simple, is the Greenshift elementID’s CSS stored as an entry in database? So when the page is loaded, the CSS should be retrieved from database?

It’s saved in custom field. As I wrote, you can save in block, this will fix any related problems
