I built a custom field group for a client’s project that is fairly long – 80 unique fields. When it was shorter, I had no problem applying a rule (“Page Template -> Is Equal To -> (Template Name)” and saving it. But it won’t save now and the creator of the plugin is suggesting that the server is running out of memory / vars during the save.
Has anyone else had this problem?
The only other solution might be to break up pieces of the field group into other groups. But once you delete a custom field and place it elsewhere, the client would need to fill in the field again. But in total there must be 700-800 fields in the database. Telling the client to do it all over again is not an option.
