The Advanced Columns block not respecting theme container width after Version 1.23.1 update. They just go to full screen width.

The only fix is to go into the settings of each block and set a custom pixel width.

  • Same here – always is something else 🙁

I submitted a ticket for a similar issue – the section block no longer respect the setting to inherit inner width from theme. It can be worked around by manually setting the width.

I am having this problem as well. Any information on an upcoming fix?

After reverting to v1.22.5 I can see that the problem is no longer present

Astra Devs, please get a fix for this ASAP. None of us can afford to lose time applying a class fix to every block on every site we’ve built with Astra. I’m getting bombarded with client emails telling me that their site has broken. Thanks.

I got a response to my ticket to BSF and there is a fix in the works that will be released soon. They didn’t say exactly when, but it’s coming. @cookie1974 you might want to consider keeping development/test versions of your client sites in case there are future issues like this (there always are). I update my client’s dev version first and check for issues before rolling to their live sites – saves me from having to go through what you are currently dealing with.

    Hello @cgscomputers and others,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

I would like to inform you that this is fixed in the latest version that we released today.

It would be great if you can update the Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg to version 1.23.2 and let us know how it goes. 🙂

    Kind regards.

I can also confirm the new version appears to resolve the issue. Thanks!

This issue appears to be back after the lastest updates.

I’m running Version 1.23.5 and regardless of what percentage width you allocate to an Advanced Columns block it will display on the front end as a 50:50 percentage split.

    Hello @cookie1974 ,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Can you please open a ticket with us from here so that we can debug the issue?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,
    Sweta
