Advanced AJAX Search filtering

    Hello,
    I need some advice.

    My client want to have a site with properties listings and have a advance search option to filter the results by:
    #1. Apartment Size: Studio, One Bed, Two Bed etc.
    #2. Price – this he wants to be a slider ( you drag the slider and it updates the results in real time based on the price range.

    #3. Location, this will be a map with few different location. I guess it will work similarly to the Apartment Size option.

    Well, I could use a categories mechanism to filter the results by categories but I need this to happen in real time (AjAX)
    and also slider will be a most challenging piece also.

    Are there any plugins I could use to build this kind of interface. Again?

    I’m looking for something like this as well. Advanced category/tag/custom taxonomy filtering for posts/pages/custom post types. If anyone can even recommend a good non-Ajax solution, I can look into adding the Ajax.
