    Hello there !
I am trying out this plugin to remove my Google Ads previously created for specific role users. I did connect my Google Ads to Advanced Ads, and I created a new ad to include my 3 ads in Advanced Ads.
They are well found, I have all of them on my dashboard and also the earnings. But I can not hide them, it does nothing when I click “do not show ads”. Also, when I go to a page and click “highlight Ads”, it does not highlight my ads.
I guess the ads are not taken into account by Advanced Ads, but I don’t know what to do…

    Thanks !

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi dmgaming,

    thanks for reaching out.

Advanced Ads can only manage ads which are also injected by the plugin.

While reorganizing your ads, I recommend making use of placements as well. This will make changes in your ad setup much easier in the future, and placements have also more (potential) options.

The manual placement got shortcodes as well, and there is also a placement for sidebar widgets and your content.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,
    Henning

Hey thanks for the quick answer !

    Hi dmgaming,

The AdSense “Auto ads” function can place ads automatically on your site. They decide about position, size, and number of ads.

If you enabled Auto ads through Advanced Ads then you can remove their code in Advanced Ads > Settings > AdSense > Verification code & Auto ads.

However, AdSense can also inject Auto Ads through individual ad units. You can only disable that behavior directly in your AdSense account. Go to your AdSense Dashboard > Ads > Overview > By site, then click on your website and disable Auto ads in the Ad Settings section.

    Best regards,
    Henning
