 * I have a site with Advanced Access Manager plugin used to provide extra functions
   to the Editor role. That is working OK.
 * However, I have a couple of other admins that can no longer see parts of the
   admin page such as “Users”. When I look at the restrictions of Admins in Access
   Manager, none of the other items in the WordPress admin page are checked. I thought
   that meant they were available to admins?

 * I decided to deactivate the plugin so that other admins could work on the site,
   but deactivating did not bring back the full menu access to other admins. So
   I deleted the plugin.
 * Unfortunately although I can see all the menu items, the other admins cannot
   at this time. Users, for instance, is not visible.
 * Help…
