    Hello,
I have a problem with the Advanced Woo Search plugin, I’m using Elementor page builder and Seamless Integration is already enabled on the setting.
But once the user searches for a specific product that already exists on the site it returns nothing on the search bar.
I already switched the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four and disabled all the plugin but the issue persist.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

First of all – please open the plugin settings page and click the ‘Reindex table’ button.

Also on the same page make sure that needed fields from the ‘Search in’ option is enabled.

Another thing to check – visibility option for your products. Make sure that it is not set to ‘Hidden’.

    Regards

    Hello,

I’ve done a ‘reindex table’ in the plugin settings Also, make sure that the need field from the Search Source is enabled.
Then all the product catalog visibility is not set to hidden but the issue resists.
Is there any other reason why this is happening?

    Thank you!

Can you show me screenshots of your plugin settings page?

Instead of a screenshot, I will send you a screen recording so you can able to see all the settings config to the plugin.

Thanks for this video. All seems to be set fine here.

Can you give me some examples of search queries that must return some products by failing to do such?

    Hello ILLID,
After I checked everything from plugin compatibility, theme compatibility, debug log (nothing found), and make sure the configuration setting was correct for the plugin. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin with the same setting configuration and it works now properly on my site.
    Thank you!

Hm, strange. But I’m glad that now all is working fine for you.
