# Adsense Widget Problem

 * Hello,
    I’m trying to activate Google Adsense Widget but whenever I try to activate
   it, it displays an error messages as follows:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘(‘, expecting ‘}’ in /mnt/w0108/d13/s37/
   b02642da/www/www.abudhabiskaters.com/wp-content/plugins/amikelive-adsense-widget/
   aml_adsense.php on line 76
 * Can anyone help me please.

 * the plugin code seems to be broken:
 * – download/upload a new copy of the plugin
 * – if it still outputs an error message’
    contact the plugin author

 * I have had the same problem, except that after the error message shown above,
   it took the bankend down so there was no way of deactivating. I had to go in 
   and edit the database to deactivate the widget.
 * After that the site worked again but the backend remains a mess that can only
   be used with difficulty. Will have to reinstall WordPress and see if that works.
