 * i have installed official google adsense plugin on my website and my account 
   is in review process so do i still neeed to place the add code or not

 * Whenever I’ve applied for an AdSense account I’ve made sure that the code was
   live on the site so that Google could see my intended use. With this approach
   I typically get approved within a day.
