Adsense (other products) video.

I am wondering if there is a way or a plugin/modification that I could be able to work with the videos I upload to the host/server from my website using wordpress inside the media by adding ad tag (IMA3 Ad Tag) onto the videos I uploads to WordPress inside media? I am trying to apply for Adsense Video ads to use my own hosted videos instead of YouTube so I could have more control over the videos myself but anyway I was wondering if there is a way, plugin or modification I could add ads tag inside the video? How can Google help you monetize your videos? Provide ads through Google’s video ad network — AdSense for video (AFV)
Do you use a video ad management system? No
Which video player do you use? Other (e.g., proprietary player, native video apps)
Is your video player VAST 2.0 and VPAID 1.0 compliant? Yes & No both options cause I am confused to if WordPress has these video player compliant.

Then you get the idea what I am trying to do but have no absolutely idea on how I can go further from here because I am trying to be able to add that ads tag or whatever it is onto the hosted videos on wordpress in order for Google to approve me to use that Video ads feature in the Adsense.
