Adsense not showing correctly on home page 1

I have adsense ads up, within the guidelines I suppose, and the ads in question are adlinks that are suppose to be showing up after every post on the home screen but are only showing up after the first page, the other adlinks showing as a blank spot. If you scroll down and navigate to page 2 or page 3, though, they seem to be displaying correctly, after each post. I noticed if I take the ad off that is next to title that all is displayed correctly, but I would like to retain the title ad. Any help would be appreciated, as I am out of fixes and relatively a novice with wordpress.
