Adsense not displaying relevant ads

Adsense is working on all my pages except when I go to my site using http://www.myblogsite.com . In this case it retrieves some generic ads. If I go to the site with http://www.myblogsite.com/index.php or http://myblogsite.com everything works fine.

My index.php is at the root of my domain and the wordpress files are locates in a subdirectory of the root. I followed the directions for moving index.php to the root and everything else appears to be fine.

Any ideas?
