Adsense Manager 4.0.3 creates fatal error cannot login to admin

    I am running WordPress 3.4.1

    When I upgraded to Adsense Manager 4.0.3 and tried to activate it I got this error:

    Fatal error: adsensem_upgrade::v3_x_to_4_0() [adsensem-upgrade.v3-x-to-4-0]: The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition “OX_Adnet_Adsense” of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded _before_ unserialize() gets called or provide a __autoload() function to load the class definition in /home/mdawg/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/adsense-manager/class-upgrade.php on line 27

    and could not login to my admin (although, oddly, my blog was still visible and running).

    So I went into PhPMyAdmin and deactivated all plugins.

    Then I tried to activate JUST Adsense Manager 4.0.3 alone – same fatal error.

    So what I am doing now, until I figure it out, is running Advertising Manager 3.4.8 along with my other plugins Akismet 2.5.6 and All in One SEO Pack 1.6.14.6 (I am also running a Theme, Inanis Glass 1.3.6)

    ***Is Adsense Manager 4.0.3 incompatible with WordPress 3.4.1 ?
