Adsense ads stopped showing after I isntalled Black Kryptonite theme

I am using the latest version of adsense-deluxe plugin to display my google ads. After switching over to black kryptonite (for widgets) my ads no longer displayed. I tried manually entering the code into the posts but still no good. It doesn’t show the code or anything… there is a space where the ads should be. At the bottom of the post entitled “Mod Review: CT_BarMod and CT_BottomBar from CTMod” and “Welcome to a rogue’s mind.” is where I am currently attempting to display ads. They worked fine before I installed the theme and now they do not work…

Has anybody ever run into a problem like this before?
I usually don’t ask for help with things, but this problem just isn’t making any sense to me.
