Adsense Ads are being Replaced by Other Ads in USA Network

Hi,
https://www.xtremerain.com this is my website. I’m from Bangladesh. When i test my website speed by GTMetrix or Pingdom, I see some third party adnetworks links like, ad.turn.com, smartserver, cm.adrgrx.com etc. By using VPN, I also see some ads these are not from google. It only happens in US networks and in google chrome. But from other networks and browsers, it seems OK. Is any issue with my any theme or plugins? I scaned my website by some security plugins and didn’t find any issue. Please help.
