Adsense Ads Not Showing

Adsense account was approved by Google and they’ve showed up on my site every time I refreshed the page.
Asked 5 of my friends to check it out on their own laptops/computers and none of them see it.
Why can I only see my ads but the public can’t? How do I fix this?
