# Ads problem

 * Hello,
 * I have a question and it’s related to Ads inside the gallery.
    I have uploaded
   images and in the plugin options (section for ads) I have adjusted ads banner(
   Google ads bottom position in gallery) 300×250 but it does not show me ads.
 * I have Pro version of the plugin.
 * Please if you can check what’s the problem.

 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
