"Ads Places" Page Times Out

Whenever I try to load the “Ads Places” page on my site, it times out about 80% of the time. Sometimes a refresh will get it to load, sometimes not. The loading period for this page also causes any other requests to my server to either take a really long time to respond, or time out.
