Hello @rafamerino
Please check that there is a close icon on the image. If user doesn’t want to see it they can simply click on that close icon and it will never show. We always take care of user experience and we are following all wordpress guidelines. Let me know if you need any help in closing that ad.

WHOOPS! Wrong reply and I’ve archived my earlier reply.
@rafamerino Thanks for the review but please keep it to your words here only. No links or links to images. That’s not permitted in reviews and I have removed yours.
Sorry @jdembowski, didn’t know that.
As per the plguins’ review, #11 in WP Guideline about plugins:
Advertising within the WordPress dashboard should be avoided, as it is generally ineffective. Users normally only visit settings pages when they’re trying to solve a problem.
So, no, a “close icon” in the ad doesn’t make this acceptable.

Yes, it does.
As long as the admin notice for that ad can be dismissed, as long as it stays dismissed then that is acceptable and allowed per the plugin guidelines.
If the ad hides the dismiss button, if the ad asks for more actions to dismiss it, if dismissing the ad only works and the ad comes back then yes, report that part to the plugins team via plugins[at]wordpress.org
The ad has to remain dismissed or @inqsys will need to get that fixed pronto.
Thanks @jdembowski
@rafamerino We understand your point of view but please see that we are clearly showing close button and moreover this ad will automatically hide after 14 February as the sales expires on 14th February. So this was just a short 1 week ad.
If you still think that is not right you can give us a better solution and we will implement that.
Thanks
