Ads are only shown to logged in users

    I have 2 blocks of ads (header ads) running
    Block 1: Site wide
    Block 2: Only on “Rankings” section

    The problem is Block 2 only appears when a user logged in, I need that ad to be visible to all users just like Block 1

    All page types and post types are enabled
    “Rankings” category is enabled
    I also tried enabling it from the page

    And tried to play around with the settings but still no luck

    Please help!
