   does not exist, and the link to the download file returns a 404…?

 * Automattic (or whoever, support…) acted like idiots and removed all traces of
   AdRotate because of a unverified bug with low risk. The bug was real, but the
   risk was low and removing the plugin and all its pages was uncalled for and unnecessary.
 * Ofcourse they ignore complaints and of course they were slow in resolving the
   issue.
