Adobe Captivate html5 error

Hi

I have training presentations developed in Adobe Captivate uploaded to my website as html5. I have noticed that the presentations do no play when Autoptimize plugin is activated.

It has worked previously with no issue. I currently have the following scripts excluded:

s_sid,smowtion_size,sc_project,WAU_,wau_add,comment-form-quicktags,edToolbar,ch_client,seal.js,jquery.js, editor.min.js

I have the latest version of wordpress and autoptimize.

Any help appreciated.

What JS error do you see on the browser console when trying to play such a presentation Amanda? Can you provide me with a link to (a page that has) such a presentation so I can have a quick look myself?

can you disable “try/catch wrapping” in under AO’s JS settings and check the console for errors again?

Unfortunately that did not work and produced further errors (especially with my theme CSS)

When I disable the Autotimize plugin the site works fine and the videos play.

hmm, that’s weird, the try/catch thing should not affect theme CSS …

backend accesss is not needed, but I would need be able to see a presentation (if only a demo one), how can we make that happen?

Do you want the actual presentation or do you want me to turn the plugin off so it shows on a page? If you can email me I can send you login details as a user so you can see it actually working in the members area?

Amanda & I mailed and this was ultimately fixed by adding canny to the AO JS optimization exclusion list.
