Admins remove negative reviews. Very unhappy with this theme.

    I purchased the Agency Pro Neve Package and have had nothing but problems. I came here to leave my experiences and an admin named Yui removed my post for no reason telling me I should contact support before leaving a review which I already have done. You can’t silence me I will continue to post here and elsewhere anytime you remove my review. This is absolutely absurd and will be reporting you to WordPress itself. Thanks for wasting my money.

    I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience, however, there is no person named Yui working on our team and we have no power of removing reviews or deleting threads in this forum as wordpress.org administrators are working here, and only they have such power.

    Regarding your issue, as you already have a Pro theme, can you contact us directly via your members’ area here – https://store.themeisle.com/contact/

    If you did, can you share the domain of your website so we can find your ticket or check if you haven’t received a reply for some reason?
