Administrator Powers Gone?

    On our site we enabled Multisite, and now it seems as though the only user on the installation (Administrator by default), has lost the ability to 1) Upload themes 2) Delete plugins, and who knows what else.

    Also, after adjusting the last bit of code in the .htaccess, the settings option for ‘Networks’ disappeared.

    Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
