Hi @addup, the subscriber email is the user’s email, who has subscribed for the product.
If you are referring to something else, can you please explain the query a bit more, so that we can help you ou further.

i try to explain again with more detail.
When someone subscribe the alert, the administrator of the shop received an email with the product and person details. I want to change this email, to the shop manager.
Is that possible?
Hi @addup, you can use some plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-multiple-email-recipients/ and add the email of the Shop Managers.
Please note, we haven’t checked the compatibility of this plugin with WC Stock Alert.
I’ve got this problem too. It’d be great if you could just enter the email address of the recipient of the admin alert within the Woocommerce -> Emails section like you can for other WooCommerce emails. It could default to the site admin, but allow it to be overwritten by whatever is put in the field.
