# Administrator / Agent

 * Does Administrator at the same time can be Agent? I can set each user to be an
   agent. But I do not see as administrator option with which I could be also the
   agent.
 * Does this mean that I myself need to register again under an alias?
 * Is it possible in a future update plugin fit any option?

 * The administrator is automatically set as a support agent.
 * It is possible to make any user an agent by navigating to the user ‘Edit’ page
   and selecting the appropriate option.

 * But … it seems that this is a problem in the email notification about new received
   ticket, notification to admin/agent and assigned agent.

 * Hi,
 * When registration is required for the user, I am receiving the notification. 
   But not all, I’m not sure. When the registration is not required, I do not receive
   e-mail notifications. So, I do not even know that I am the agent. I do not even
   know that I got a ticket.
 * When the ticket is set to Pending, I do not take any notice.
 * I see the ticket only when I log into Admin Dashboard and get into the tickets.
   Strange.
