Adminer no longer available?

I can not find adminer as a plugin available for download on any wordpress site I manage, including the sites that already have it installed. What’s going on?

Adminer is works like phpmyadmin but from within the wordpress console. Pretty handy way to back up and restore your database before an upgrade.
