Admin/dashboard loads incorrectly

    Hello there, been using WordPress for about a year and regularly deploy it for small commercial sites. Recently deployed on a new host at work with the latest download and have experienced a problem.

    After installation I log in, and the admin system loads, however the light blue top panel does not include “Write, Manage, Design, Comments”, etc.

    Can anyone advise on a course of action to try to resolve this? I’ve downgraded to 2.6-RC1 but still experience the same problem.

    Any ideas?
