[admin_record_link] not working

Hello:
Thank you for your plugin. It’s most useful.
However the [admin_record_link] tag which comes
configured by default in the notification email
isn’t working. It seems to be broken. The link
doesn’t take me to the edit record page. Could
you please help?

I have created a page with the [pdb_record] shortcode in it and have
pointed to it via the selector in the record form tab; but still
not working.
